In manufacturing you purchase raw materials and turn them into a product to be sold. With a mobile home park you have no raw materials or inventory. The tenants own their own homes and your product is the land that they rent from you.  Your income (sales) changes very little and can grow with rent increases and mobile home sales.

Who we are

We are a group of American investors who are in the mobile home park business. This entails ownership of land and leasing small portions of property to tenants who move their homes onto the land. Although the rent received per tenant is less than that of apartment buildings, maintenance and capital expenses are far less. We have discovered through hard work and effective management that in purchasing this kind of real estate, we can realize  profits of 30% with little risk. 

What we are looking for

We wish to find investment opportunities with Chinese businessmen or Chinese investors who have existing profitable businesses and desire to expand into the American market, or wish to invest in profitable mobile home parks as our business partners. Likewise we want to invest in profitable Chinese businesses and gain a presence in mainland China.

What we hope to establish

We want to build a “Two-Way Investment Partnership”. This will be a “True Investment Bridge” between Chinese and American businesses where partners have a financial commitment in each other’s country.

A new way of thinking about International investment

This will be a reciprocal investment arrangement where all parties are working hard and helping to effectively minimize risk. Trust is established through investment on both sides. This allows all parties to diversify and expand their interests safely into respective countries.

What is required to succeed

We believe that as successful Chinese businessmen you know what is required to be profitable in China, and as successful American businessmen we know what’s required to succeed here. Success in business requires capital, effective management, long working hours, and tireless efforts to prosper no matter where you are in the world.   

What we are not

We are not experts in all types of business as some would have you believe. We have some people with college honors, but we do not sit in plush offices telling others what to do. Our investors have worked exclusively in the mobile home park business and have extensive hands-on experience required to properly understand all aspects of this type of real estate . We are actively involved in a daily basis and plan to continue that involvement.
